Grief, Bereavement and Loss
Counselling for bereavement encompasses more than the loss of a loved one but many other life challenges in addition such as The loss of a relationship. Chronic illness, trauma, pain. Phobias, anger, anxiety, loss of meaning....
and many more. My treatment is pragmatic. I see Counselling as a collaborative process where we examine the impact of early experiences on your personality, your relationship patterns and your current situation. Our goal is to achieve self-confidence, develop meaningful relationships, clarify career goals and live a more fulfilling and satisfying life.
My clients often comment I am easy to open up to about difficult concerns. My work is my passion and I would be honoured to help you on your journey.
