How To Cure Panic Attacks

How to cure Panic Attacks? Those of us who have suffered from high anxiety may have experienced the horrors of panic attacks – its night-terrors, its physical-frenzy, the shaming-silence, the awful-anxiety for which our body moves into a heightened state of fear. We may add a dialogue ‘I’m afraid to do this, I don’t want to do this, I don’t know how to’. How can we change this psychological state, so we have the more positive, controlled appropriate behaviour we’re panicking for?
Some may have gone to A&E and been told ‘it will pass’ it is only anxiety. Some of us may have visited our GP to be told ‘it sounds like high anxiety /panic/ I can prescribe—Benzodiazepines’ (a type of anti-depressant) or counselling may be suggested. But do you want to take this anti-depressant? Yet who amongst us can believe speaking to a counsellor can cure these nasty symptoms for which you need medication? The most effective answer is the simplest. I would like to give you a tip:
The key is to regulate the body first. To effectively treat panic attack, we must first understand how anxiety can overwhelm our ability to calm ourselves. How does anxiety trigger panic in the brain and body to create this panic? Panic Attacks begin when we have repressed stress and anxiety for too long, we often wait until we feel drained of confidence, almost suffocated and in need of a quick fix then:
Our body reacts by releasing these repressed emotions to let you know choosing to ignore worry and anxiety is unhealthy. Counselling will help you identify troubling matters. We will not simply get to the root of your anxieties; we develop methods to soothe panic while also resolving the underlying causes.
My tools include:
Helping you reframe the terror of panic into a new more soothing reality using CBT mode.
Turn the suffocating gasps of panics breathlessness into a calm relaxed situation using Mindful breathing meditation.
Change disturbed and sleepless nights into peaceful slumber with learning to love and care for oneself to ensure this.
Both Panic Attacks and Anxiety can be identified and treated.
Within a minimum of weeks, you will notice an improvement.
