I understand taking the first step and asking for help can be the hardest part, therefore I offer an initial short telephone conversation (no charge) to provide an opportunity for you to learn more about my service before booking your initial paid session.

In your initial session I focus on your specific needs, build your strengths and identify the behaviour(s) that you may wish to change. In addition to being forward focussed, I strive to help empower you by developing techniques and tools that will help fill you with confidence and address your issues. We review your progress after six sessions.

Whenever there is anything interfering with your :

• Feelings of being inadequate, lacking confidence, poor self-esteem, relationship
• Anxiety and panic attack
• Sleep
• grief, loss and mourning
• A pressure to constantly perform or more

My dynamic approach to counselling is based on an understanding of multi-layered therapies and professional lived experiences which I’m glad to say earned me an: MBACP (Accredited) with the BACP. I am now bound to offer professionalism and integrity in all I do.

I began my counselling career almost 20 years ago and now offer a broad range of therapy and counselling to adults & children. I also work for a charity where I’m proud to help those with the neurological illness (epilepsy) and I also offer my service to the charity ‘Relate’ where my skills are further honed working with every kind of relationship.

I have two easily accessible locations plus an online service to offer convenience and flexibility
